HeyAck is an AI companion service for people aged 18 or older. AI characters may be mistaken; do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

You are responsible for content you upload and for having permission to share it. Do not upload unlawful material, another person’s private data without permission, or sexual content involving minors.

Your character’s main conversation is designed as one ongoing chat; preview chats are separate. You may use the account settings to request an export or deletion. A deletion request has a seven-day cancellation window; records that law requires us to keep may remain.

Adult mode uses one account switch, off by default. The first time you turn it on, confirm your date of birth to show you are 18 or older. You confirm it once per account, ever. Turning the switch off and on, using another device or changing characters never asks again. The switch covers adult text, voice calls, video calls, images and all characters. Groups require every human member to be a verified adult with adult mode on. No further consent screens or per-character permissions are required. Turn adult mode off when you no longer want adult replies. Turning it off does not erase past messages; use the available data controls or contact us about deletion.

Some features send content to model or other service providers, including providers outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland. If you use your own API key or endpoint, that provider’s terms and data practices also apply. See the Privacy Policy for the current providers and region limits.

Buying a plan or character service does not by itself start recurring billing. If a monthly service is offered, its checkout and settings show the price and when you choose to start billing. Training is a separate one-time purchase when available.

Refunds

Training is a one-time payment. Ask for a full refund any time before your trained talking style is delivered. After delivery, contact us within 7 days if the quality is not what we describe and we will review a refund.

If a monthly service becomes available and you choose to start billing, you can cancel future renewals in Settings. Service normally remains available through the paid period. Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout and applicable law; contact us with questions.
