HeyAck provides a private AI companion service for adults. You keep control over your uploads, facts, exports, and deletion requests.

Do not upload unlawful material, another person’s private data without permission, or content involving minors in sexual contexts.

Monthly hosting renews until canceled. Training purchases are one-time card payments.

Refunds

Training is a one-time payment. Ask for a full refund any time before your trained voice is delivered. After delivery, contact us within 7 days if the quality is not what we describe and we will review a refund.

Monthly hosting can be canceled any time from Settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and hosting stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The unused part of that period is not refunded, and you are welcome to contact us if you want us to look at your case.
